Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We carefully inspect and package every order before it ships. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rynesandco.com. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item(s), shipping box, and packaging. Once your claim has been reviewed, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Shipping & Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Rynes & Co LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for delays or lost packages once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Our products are handcrafted using carefully selected ingredients. Because some of our ingredients are derived from nuts, our products may contain traces of tree nuts or other nut-derived ingredients. If you have a nut allergy or sensitivity, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use or avoiding these products.
